smooths out the rough
edges shown in this picture.
Tooling gel coat is applied to 18-20mil thickness. Since it was a little cooler today the gel coat was a little thick although, with the gel coat cup gun the application is never really smooth.
Kathy didn't like the
shark white bottom paint and wants to repaint the bottom blue. She came out to the shop and got the sander and
vacuum and proceeded to sand most of the boat bottom in three hours or less. I love this girl!
